The complex Takis – Sophie
We are a small resort located in Skopelos town (700m from the main port of Skopelos). Our premises are situated on a gentle slope of a 300-meter hillside and occupy a 7000m2 of Olive Grove land. Our three, main accommodation buildings are located at the lower part of our premises. The tennis court and swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds are towards the back, set amidst our gracious Olive trees and away from it all for the exclusive use of our clients. The main entrance is literally a stone’s throw from the water’s edge. It is a combination of studios, apartments and rooms. Our stunning view across the harbour entrance and the Aegean Sea beyond will relax and rejuvenate you. The pine-covered slopes of mount ‘Palouki’ tower over our premises, creating the perfect combination of Green on Blue.
The newest addition of Del – Sol Apartment Complex in Skopelos.
Two brand new apartments have been lovingly constructed at the very top of Del Sol Hotel. These two new units are nestled on top of our rich Olive grove and gardens and just a few steps above Del Sol’s swimming pool. Indulge yourselves in the majestic views of Skopelos town and the sea beyond. Enjoy countless hours of relaxation by the pool while taking advantage of your very own lounge area.
How to find Del Sol Apartments
There are 2 ways to reach the Complex:
On Foot: The distance from the main port area to Del Sol Apartments is only 700 meters of flat coastal road, (10 min. walk). If you’re travelling light, you can take advantage of this beautiful route by the sea and easily reach the entrance of our premises. Follow the coastal road by taking a left from the port exit gate.
Keep walking along this road until you reach our main entrance by the sea. This way you will get a first glimpse of our estate and get oriented with the path leading to the Tennis Court and swimming pool If you’re staying in one of the two new apartments: Walk through our premises and pass the main 3 apartment
buildings. Follow the path to the Tennis Court and the swimming pool. You will reach the two new Apartments as soon as you walk past the gardens, tennis court and our swimming pool.
By Car: Alternatively, if you’re using a taxi service, or have your own rental car, you can easily drive to the entrance of both apartments. Take a left off the port exit gate and drive along Skopelos bay on this coastal road. The sea will always be to your left on this short drive. You will reach Del Sol’s main entrance just 700 meters from the port’s exit gate.
If you need to reach the new Del Sol Apt. by the Pool:
Drive past our main entrance, (for 20 meters.) and turn right and around our property. Keep driving on this smaller road and along our boundaries for
250 meters. As you reach the top of this small hill, you will need to make another right turn. 20 meters later you’ll reach a green coloured gate on your
right. You can use the private parking area just above the Apartments.

Sophie
My late husband Takis and I, Sophie, were born in Alexandria Egypt, of Greek origin. I first visited Skopelos when I was three, with my family, whose roots were from Skopelos on my father’s side. When we were married Takis and I came here for our honeymoon and Takis shared my enchantment of the island. We decided to make Skopelos our permanent home as soon as we were able to. Setting up our holiday complex was a natural way for us to share with our visitors the life on this magic island which we so much enjoyed.
