Del Apartment has a sheltered BBQ area surrounding the entrance to your apartment. This spacious area, with tables and chairs, will be your point of relaxation throughout the day or night.
It will be the ultimate gathering space for your family or your friends. A place where you can have your morning coffee while enjoying the outdoors. The area where you can gaze out towards the bay of Skopelos and watch the boats and the world go by. The spot where you can count the shimmering lights of Skopelos town during the night while sipping a glass of wine with your dinner. This area is equipped with all necessary BBQ utensils and a set of chairs and table.
There are just a few steps separating the BBQ area from an additional lower-levelled terrace. Here you can lounge your day away and sunbathe responsibly under the Olive trees. Sol Apartment has a spacious and sheltered outdoor area with a set of table and chairs that can be used by your family or friends to enjoy some quality and care-free time. This private area expands onto 2 levels and leads to a common area just above the swimming pool.
An additional stone-made bench will give you extra space to relax. For those wishing to spend a night away from Skopelos town, a custom-made BBQ unit has been built for your convenience. There you can grill some fresh, local produce along with quality meats from our Butchers or treat yourselves with the catch of the day by the local fisherman.

Each apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen.
Common Area – Kitchen/Dining
The main entrance of the apartments leads to the comfortable kitchen and dining area. Here, you can prepare light meals in the fully equipped kitchen. You will have all utensils and kitchenette. Your breakfast can be accompanied by a great cup of espresso from our Nespresso machine. Enjoy time together with family and friends while taking advantage of either the indoor dining set of table and chairs or outdoors.
Main Bedrooms of Del & Sol Apartments
The custom-made, wooden beds have been carefully designed to accommodate all your sleeping needs. They can be easily pulled together as a double or separated into two single beds. The en-suite bathrooms feature designer ceramic tiles for best hygienic practices. The glass-separated shower cabin has a wall-mounted and handheld shower as well as a top, rainfall showerhead.
2nd Bedrooms / Sitting Areas
These bedrooms face the front – poolside area with large windows overlooking the swimming pool and the bay across. The tilting, inward mechanism of these windows can also allow for natural airflow during the day or night.
Depending on the number of guests, this room can be used either as an extra living room area or the 2nd bedroom. The same custom-made bed frames can act as a corner couch, 2 singles or one double bed.
There is an additional, en-suite bathroom with the same features here for your convenience.

Taxi service
- If you are coming to Skopelos via Athens, Volos or Thessalonica we can arrange a taxi to come and take you from the airport direct to the bus station or, to the port of Aghios Constantinos. We can also arrange to purchase for you the hydrofoil or ferry tickets so you can have them on time.
We speak Greek, English and Egyptian | We offer Skopelos guides, books and maps, we can provide also information on walks, excursions and various events and activities on the island.
